AES,
I wanted to tell that the personal touch and straightforward nature of our conversations on the phone and over email convinced me to choose your product over others'. I put high value on being able to look people in the eye and look forward to meeting you both some time in the near future. I am sure I have much to learn and am excited about finally establishing our business relationship.
Bill, thanks for your responsiveness and open-mindedness in addressing any issues with my lawyer.
Dan, I look forward to doing business with you. Hopefully something will be available near Austin.
Sincerely Bill Tong

Rave #2:
AES,
When I contacted you 6 months ago to inquire about a self directed IRA, it became the fortuitous end of a long frustrating journey and the seminal beginning to financial control and independence. For the last decade I realized that I just can't seem to save money and my meager mutual fund stock portfolio has in fact dwindled with the vicissitudes of the market.
I have a fabulous lifestyle and work as an independent brand consultant, but I can't get beyond paying the bills without taking risks of adding overheads and hiring people hoping the work comes. At 58 these risks are imprudent.
I read an article in the WSJ about self directed IRA's and it suddenly occurred to me that if I could more productively employ the 4 hundred thousand in IRA's I hold, then I could start building wealth. Of all the groups I talked to, you were the most helpful & knowledgeable on this little know subject -- and continue to be so.
With the self directed IRA you helped me set up, I am now a partner invested in a 14 unit condo development in Brooklyn and a separate 18 unit loft development in Philadelphia. These projects will both be developed and sold within an 18-24 month timeframe, where I conservatively anticipate doubling my investments. This would not have been possible without the self directed IRA. Also, since I am involved in the developing of these projects I would have to pay learned income. But because I am invested with an IRA, all income is deferred until I need it at presumably a much lower tax bracket. It's a beautiful thing!
Thanks for all your help and guidance.
Dennis
PS: Inspired by this auspicious beginning I have now also tapped my home for equity and have purchased a condo in Charleston, SC which I rent and a beachfront pre-construction condo in the British Virgin Islands, both of which I will eventually flip paying only a capital gains rate and largely offset by the interest deduction on the home equity line. Suddenly I am awakened with the power of performing assets.
Thanks Again.
